Shipping & Returns Policy – Éliv

 

 

Shipping within Egypt

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location.

  • Cairo & Giza: Flat rate of EGP 85.
  • Other Governorates: Shipping rates may vary and will be calculated at checkout based on your selected location

Customer Feedback

We hope you love your Éliv experience 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us in writing via email at info@leor-eg.com.
Kindly include your name, order number, and details of your concern so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologize and will make it right 

  • You are eligible for an exchange or full refund
  • Please contact our Customer Service team at info@leor-eg.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item

Once reviewed:

  • The product will be replaced with the same item (subject to availability)
  • If unavailable, an alternative product will be offered
  • If you prefer, a full refund will be issued instead

In some cases, we may arrange for the item to be collected for a quality review investigation.

Returns & Inspection

All returned items claimed as faulty will be subject to inspection by our Quality Team.

  • Please notify us before returning any item
  • Investigation may take 2–3 working days after receiving the product
  • Our Customer Service team will update you with the outcome

  • The order reference number must be included in all communications
  • Items must be returned in their original condition where possible
